		<description><![CDATA[Yes experience does bring rich offerings to the table!   But the excited young candidates also bring wonderful attributes and qualities for achieving high performance.    So, if I was doing the hiring, I would be careful not to ever pass up a fine aging wine.  But, I would also want to be very careful that I was not tangling with an old, aging oak tree that that did not have some bend like a young, wispy willow tree.  ]]></description>
